Following one person’s career journey is a more effective recruitment tool than any overview film – it gives prospective candidates a specific, relatable story to connect with rather than a general picture of the company. We followed Jen through her development at Whiteoaks in a naturalistic style, letting her own experience communicate what growth at Whiteoaks means.
