We had the pleasure of creating a education film focussing on the psychological pillars of the company’s culture.
The film was designed to be a mainstay of the centre of the talent journey.
Psychological safety is one of those concepts that’s easy to talk about and much harder to demonstrate – so the brief was to create a film that made it feel real and tangible rather than theoretical. We built the education film around the cultural behaviours that underpin it, giving employees a clear and engaging reference point they could return to throughout their time at the company.
