The film was designed to nurture growth in the Education & Reward sections of the talent journey.
The challenge with a process film is making something inherently functional feel genuinely compelling – nobody wants to watch a walkthrough, but everyone responds to a story about impact. We framed this film around the effect that thoughtful office design has on the people who work in those spaces, giving Loop Local a piece of content that speaks directly to the human side of what they do.
