The film was designed to stand out in the Application & Induction phases of the talent journey.
Impact is one of the things candidates care most about when choosing a firm like LEK – so the challenge was showing what that actually looks like day to day, rather than just asserting it. We created a work culture film that let LEK’s own people make the case, designed to resonate at both the application stage and during induction for new joiners.
